Payment
We accept all major credit and debit card payments:
Credit Card: We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express;
Debit card: We accept UK-based Maestro, Solo and Visa cards;
We DO NOT accept: Cheques or Postal orders (without prior arrangement), Eurocheques, Cash in any currency or Purchase Orders.
All payments are made through our secure online payment processing company PayPal. We do not store or see your credit card details all card processing is carried out on the PayPal secure payment website. No one else can see your payment details, not even ourselves. We are simply instructed by PayPal that an authorisation has been approved.
Please note that no order download link will be sent until payment is made in full.The prices displayed on our web site are in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
We have invested heavily in technology to ensure that you receive your Trading System as quickly as possible.
Your trading system manual will be delivered by email to you registered PayPal address (or the one you specified when making the payment). The email will contain a personalised download link which when clicked, will start the download of your manual(s) as a as PDF file.
In order to open and read the trading system manual you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free from: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/.
Please note: The download link can only be used once. If you attempt to use it more than once you will be notified of an error. Please ensure that you save the PDF to a place on your computer were you will be able to find it again.
If you do not receive your email containing your download link within one hour please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you have still not received it please email: [email protected] with the details of your order.
