Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purchase of a product from this website confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
The contract of sale is made once payment has been received.
Once payment has been received no refund will be made, apart from under the conditions of refund.
By purchasing an electronic book (eBook) from Markets Mastered you agree not to sell or otherwise distribute the product without the express permission from Markets Mastered. Any distribution of an eBook copyrighted to Markets Mastered will be pursued in a court of law.
Conditions of Refund for eBooks dictating a trading method
A refund will only be made if the trading method that is laid out in the eBook is unprofitable for 20 trading days.
Before a refund will be granted, you (the customer) must prove that you have followed the methods, and that by doing this, you have been unprofitable.
This proof must be in the form of your previous 20 days trading records showing that you have entered and exited the trades exactly as laid out in the manual. I will have shown these trades in the daily email sent out to you (Trade With A Day Job System only).
Once the proof has been provided a refund will be made to you by us into the account that the original purchase was made from.
By accepting the refund, you agree to destroy any copies of the eBook you own, this includes paper and electronic copies. Distribution of any eBooks which have been refunded will be pursued in a court of law.
A refund will not be made in the event that you are unable to obtain an account with a trading platform.
Conditions of Refund for eBooks not authored by Markets Mastered and/or not dictating a trading method
A refund will not be made for such purchases, unless the eBook received differs from that described on the website.
If the eBook received is different from the once described, a full refund will be issued.
A refund will not be made in the event that you are unable to obtain an account with a trading platform company.
