I had a couple of full-time trader friends arrive very early this  morning to trade with me – we all have different strategies, and we get together once every month or so – although usually in the bars and clubs around Covent Garden !!

Breakfast was dispatched by 8:30am, and it was off to the computers for all of us. My first trade with my “USA Forex” system was at 9am, (EUR/USD) but I waited ’til 9:31 before I entered as I wanted some added confirmation. As there was a fair amount of loud banter in my study, I was not trading with my normal 15 min charts, I chose a much higher timeframe so there was no great need for concentration – I usually like to trade with just Sky News or Bloomberg on the TV, or Radio 4 on the internet – BUT the atmosphere this morning was more like Cup Final day in my local pub !! Anyway – by 11:15am  I was up by +61 pips and I closed the trade off there.  I came 2nd in our £50 wager for the biggest pip profit of the morning, so I won nothing ! The afternoon was spent discussing all things trading related, sounding like a combination of Steve Nison and the ‘Loose Women‘

At 7pm we retired to the local pubs and clubs after a hard days trading !!!!

By The Way – my “Evening System” came out with the usual +20 pips, although I did not trade it, so my day’s total still stood at +61 pips.
