08:25am (CET)  ~  A friend is coming over this morning and we’re going to service the swimming-pool pump and I may also have time to watch some MT4 charts before lunch as well – I will report back later if I do manage to have any screen-time.

10:55am (CET)  ~  I’ve just started watching my Metatrader charts, not continually but just coming inside every 15 minutes or so to glance at this laptop. I’ll let you know what happens later, we’ll be going out at 2:30pm for lunch.

14:25pm (CET)  ~  I took a long opportunity on the Gold 15 minute chart just before midday that was a trade set-up from two of my trading systems at the same time, and I’m now out of the market with a small profit (+41 pips)   Having a point on your chart that contains two or more trade set-ups obviously gives you more confidence to enter a trade – which obviously helps new traders with the psychological problems that can affect them. 14:40pm (CET)  ~  I’ve just heard that I’m going to have to rush back to the UK for a family emergency, so I’m off to the airport to find a seat back to one of the London Airports.
