9:30am (CET)  ~  I’ve got some admin work to do in the office this morning, plus 4 Skype chats with some people who are interested in learning to trade with me, so I’m also watching some charts on my MT4 trading platform as well.  A short while ago I got into a ‘short’  trendFX position on my GOLD chart, and at the moment it is going down slowly in the right direction. I will let you know how it gets on a bit later.

1:35pm (CET)   ~  I’m all finished with admin work (and Skype calls) for the week now, so I am off for a short cycle ride then a relaxing afternoon out by the pool reading.  My GOLD trade from earlier came out ok,  I managed +98 pips when I came out just before midday.

10:15pm (CET)   ~  I had just one ‘evening’ system trade during this evening’s trading session, it was a ‘long’ trade on the S&P500 and I came out with my usual 20 pip profit. I did not get to sit down in front of this laptop until 9pm (8pm UK time) as we’ve had some friends over for drinks so it has been a very short trading session.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+118 pips)      I traded for a couple of hours this morning plus and an hour this evening.
