11:15am  ~  Not much time for trading this morning, did a bit of emailing earlier to customers and 3 Skype calls after a bit of a lie-in (it was a late one last night, a couple of friends would not leave after a supper party)  I am now off to Andrewsfield Airfield for a test trip in a friend’s plane after an engine overhaul. I will report back later with regard to my “evening” trading session.

9:05pm  ~  I got back here a bit later than I planned, so did not turn this laptop on until 8pm to watch for signals on my “Evening” system.  The overall trend for the S&P500 was down (since 4pm) so ideally I wanted a ‘short’ trade opportunity to show up.  Just on 8:30 I got the signal I wanted, and I immediately got into the market. A few minutes ago I came out with the usual +20 pip profit.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+20 pips)       I traded for an hour this evening
