My Trading day ~ Wednesday 8th June 2011
I found myself in my study this morning, at 8 o’clock (after a quick breakfast) getting on with some planning for a trip myself and a few like-minded friends are planning – to drive down to Paris and see Ralph Lauren’s collection of old cars at the Louvre. We are intending to travel down tomorrow (Thursday) evening and spend a long weekend in the city.
While in front of the computers, I was also watching a few charts using my new trendFX system, and just after 8:30am I entered a short trade on the S&P500 index. I left it running for most of the morning while I was getting on with other things, and as I was using a fairly high timeframe, I just had a quick look every hour or so. Eventually just before midday, I closed it off (+50 pips) as I wanted to go off for some lunch with my girlfriend, who has just arrived up here at the cottage.
Update 7pm: I had just one trade tonight with my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system, and it kicked off just after 6 o’clock and went on for 35 minutes when I shut it off at +52 pips profit. I would have stayed in a bit longer, to take advantage of the downward trend, but I am out for a bit of supper at the Lord Nelson now. I have just emailed details to my customers before I go out.
Don’t forget, if you would like an introductory discount on my new trendFX system (that includes FOUR systems) just send me an email at the usual address.
Daily Target Reached ? YES (+102 pips) I traded the morning session plus a short time this evening
