As you are probably aware – if you read this blog regularly – I do not usually work (trade) on a Friday, I prefer to have a 3 day weekend, but after having a few weeks off day-time trading I thought I would have a look later to see if there any trades on my “Evening” system.

Firstly this morning –  I am off up to Southwold to my cottage and when there, I will be doing a very long cycle ride, as part of my training for the London To Brighton in June. It’s 10am and I am leaving for Suffolk in a minute.

Update 5:10pm: Had a nice 12 mile ride earlier and I have now settled down in the kitchen up here in Southwold to trade my “Evening” system. I am currently in my first trade that kicked off at 4:30pm and I am around 18 pips ahead so far.

Update at midnight: I ended up taking a +32 pips when I came out of the trade at 6:27pm.
