13:15pm  ~  I’ve had a hectic morning today, all non-trading related unfortunately, so no time for chart-watching. This afternoon is going to be no better as I have some meeting with builders but I should be able to sit down at 5pm to watch for trade set-ups.  It will be a short session though, as I am taking my youngest son Go-Karting at 7pm  (he enjoyed it so much last week it’s now going to be a weekly occurrence)

17:10pm  ~  The house is quiet, everyone has gone and I can settle down and switch on my MT4 chart platform to watch for any trades on my “Trade With A Day Job” evening trading system.

19:00pm  ~  I ended up having just one trade this evening, it kicked off just after 5:30pm – a short position on the S&P500 – and over the course of the last 80 minutes the index has slowly gone south, giving me a profit of +25 pips.  Off Go-Karting now.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+25 pips)      I traded for a few hours this evening
