09:45 (CET)  ~   I have some office work to do this morning + three Skype calls with people wanting to know a bit more about my systems so while I am in the office I’ll also keep an eye on my MT4 charts to see if any trading opportunities show themselves.

13:05 (CET)  ~    I ended up having a couple of trades this morning, one GOLD position and the other on EUR/USD.  They both kicked off at almost the same time, just after 10am.  The EUR/USD trade was all done just before 11:30 with a 30 pip profit, but my GOLD trade did not really shoot up as quick, and as I am now due out for some clay-pigeon shooting I’ve had to shut the trade off prematurely – it’s given me just +13 pips profit.

Hopefully I will be back in time to do some “evening” trading, but at least I’ve hit my daily target if I end up getting back late tonight.

19:15 (CET)   ~   I got back home about 20 minutes ago and switched on this latop to watch for any trades with my “Evening” system. As well as watching that strategy, I also keep an eye out for any possible trade opportunities with my other strategies as quite often there will be two or three similar signals for a trade in the same direction, so obviously this makes a trade more certain of success when there are multiple reasons for entering a particular market. I am cook some supper while watching the charts, and I will report back later with any trade details.

21:45 (CET)  ~ I ended up having a couple of trades this evening, one on my “Trade With A Day Job” beginner’s strategy (+70 pips) and also a trendFX trade that I’ve also just come out of (+44 pips)  They were both on the S&P500 index

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+157 pips)      I traded for just over three hours this morning and around the same time this evening
