13:40  ~    I had a bit of a lie-in this morning, and once I was up at 9 o’clock I did 30 minutes admin then went off for a refreshing (and extremely bracing) cycle ride off along the river towpath – there and back was 22miles in total.

Once I was back, I got here into the study and started watching my MT4 platform for any trades. Dead on 12:30 I got into a EUR/USD ‘short’ position, and as I am writing this it is still going down with a profit of 51 pips showing.  A couple of minutes ago I also entered a ‘short’ on my CABLE chart, so I’ll report back a bit later with a round-up of the scores.

17:55  ~     Well, in total I’ve had three trades now. The two mentioned previously (above) came out at +78 and +30 respectively, and I’ve just come out of an “Evening” trade which ended up at +45 pips. I’ve now got 4 Skype calls plus a few emails to answer, then out for supper at The Lion up the road.

I am up to +505 pips so far this month.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+153 pips)       I have traded since lunchtime today, up until 6pm.
