8:15am (CET)  ~  I was up reasonably earlier considering that the card game last night went on until 2am – I shall probably have a nap after lunch though !   Opened up my charts 30 minutes ago with a view to have a few hours trading before I get the clay-trap out that I’ve just purchased and have a morning shooting clays on the land behind the garden.

I’ve just got into a short GOLD trade using one of my trendFX strategies, and I’ll report back later with the outcome.

20:50 (CET)  ~  I have just finished my trading for the evening – which kicked off just after 18:20 with a ‘short’ trade that was stopped out fairly quickly at minus 11 pips. I then had a 2nd trade which again was stopped out at minus 11, and for the past hour there’s been no more opportunities so I am switching off this laptop and going  for supper with friends.

My GOLD trade earlier this morning came out at +20 so my overall score for the day has come out with a small loss.

Daily Target Reached ?  NO (-2 pips)       I traded for 3 hours this morning plus this evening’s session.
