9:10am  ~  I was up quite early this morning, couldn’t sleep for some reason. Cannot be jet-leg that’s for sure…  After getting in from Stansted very late last night,  I was down here in the kitchen at 6:30am and I switched on a laptop soon after to look for any trendFX or Any-Time System trade opportunities on a few of my favourite charts.

At 7 o’clock I spotted a set-up on my GOLD chart and a few minutes later I was in a short trade. While that was slowly going down I got into another short trade, this time on my S&P500 chart just after 8am. This trade shot down very quickly and I came out after a short while with +20 pips. My GOLD trade was aborted a few minutes ago with a profit of +48 pips.

Off for a cycle now (10 miles)  then lunch at Café Rouge with a friend.  More mucking about with the digger this afternoon, this time in next door’s garden.  I will report back regarding my evening trading session  -  although I’ve got a meeting at 8pm so it will just be a short trading session.

7:45pm  ~  I got into the study a bit later than usual – at 6pm – and  got into a short trade with my “Evening” system just on 7pm which was stopped out with a 20 pip loss just before 7:30pm. I’ve no time to look for any other possible trades to make up for the loss tonight as I have to be out in 5 minutes.
