10:15am   ~    I spent yesterday afternoon travelling down here to Altea, I’m going to spend the next 3 weeks or so here to get away from the cold autumn weather in the UK.   We’re off now for a large food shopping expedition at Mercadona in Calpe, followed by a late lunch by the rock and be back for some trading this evening.

10:00pm   ~   I’ve had a busy evening’s trading tonight, with a total of three trades (two winners & one loss)  — the first one kicking off a few moments after 7pm (6pm UK time) and the last one finishing a few minutes ago.  All of them were on the S&P500, a firm favourite of mine for various reasons…..

My first entry into the market was using one of the strategies from my trendFX system – I got in at 7pm and came out 15 minutes later with a 30 pip profit. I then had an “Evening” trading system trade with entry at 8:35pm and that was stopped out at minus 21 pips.  My last trade was using one of the “Any-Time” strategies and I came out with +40 pips a short while ago.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES  (+49pips)         I traded for 4 hours this evening.
