10:35am (09:35 UK time)~ Good morning – the plan today was to be up quite early and spend the day in Calpe (10 min drive away) but the girlfriend had a bit of a lie in so I took the chance to have a quick look at my MT4 trading platform and could see a trendFX strategy 3 trade setting up – and just after 9am (Spanish time) I was in a short S&P500 trade. The price came down nicely and I was out a short while ago with +24 pips. I’ve just sent full details to customers.

We’re off now for the day, bit of lunch first by the rock and then windsurfing this afternoon. I should be back here for some ‘evening’ trading – I will report back later.

10:10pm (21:10 UK time) ~ I did manage some “evening” trading earlier on, but I missed the beginning part of my system (which is not a problem) and I eventually logged on at 19:40 to join in on a trade that had started 30 minutes earlier. I came out half an hour ago with a +17 pip profit.
