8:05am  ~  Despite feeling well below par this morning, I was down here in the kitchen at 6:30am with a strong coffee and 2 laptops open watching a few charts for trade set-ups with my 2 ‘day-trading‘ systems. Just after 7 o’clock I could see the start of a potential trade on my GOLD chart, and a few seconds after 7:30 I was in a ‘short’ trade. I have just come out of the market with a healthy +60 pip profit, so that’ll do me for the time being.

I am now going to have a very lazy day, as I’m feeling a bit worse than yesterday. I will report back later if I do any more trading this evening.

7:45pm  ~  I did have couple of trades this evening – after I slept this afternoon I woke feeling slightly better, so at 5 o’clock I opened my S&P500 chart and watched for signals. My 1st trade was just before 5:30pm (+20pips) and I had one more just after 6:30pm which gave me +25 pips.

Off now for another early night.
