09:10am  ~    A nice lie in for me, I have just got up and I’m in my kitchen catching up on the overnight news on Sky. One story that sticks out for me, is the way the Yanks are proud to announce that the CEO of Ford Motor Co. has been awarded $58.3 million in shares  (£37million according to my Cable chart I’ve just fired up) as he has increased the companies profits (and share price) by a very big margin. As just mentioned, I have just fired up my MT4 trading platform on one of my laptops, so I’ll have an hour or so in front of my charts to see if I can see any worthwhile trade opportunities with my trendFX collection of strategies. I will report back before lunchtime with any trade details.

10:30am  ~   I have just closed off a 30 minute long BRENT OIL trade with my trendFX strategy 4. It kicked off with the hint of a pattern around 9:30 and I actually entered the market at 9:50 with a long position. I managed +21 pips  a little while ago and that will do me for my morning session as it’s right on my daily target. Not much else happening on my favourite set of markets, this is often the way after the large moves yesterday.

I am off now for a 30 mile cycle ride and then back my study this afternoon to answer some emails and have a few Skype sessions with prospective customers. I will keep you informed if I have any trades this evening with my “Trade With A Day Job” beginners system.

7:20pm  ~   I did sit down eventually here in the kitchen at 5:30pm to start watching for possible signals on my ‘beginners’ evening trading system, and just after 6:30 I could see one developing. It did produce a nice signal within 10 minutes, and I was in a long trade ten minutes before 7 o’clock. A few minutes ago I came out with my normal 20 pip profit, and I’m now going to cook some ‘spam-fritters’ as my youngest son has never tasted them, and he’s been going on about them for days. First I’ll open a bottle of wine, that would seem the perfect partner to the fritters……..

Daily Target Reached Today ?  YES  (+41pips)      I traded for an hour or so this morning and then 2hrs this evening
