Wednesday 28th March 2012 ~ Petrol Queues Grow In The UK
8:15am ~ There is an organised clay-pigeon shoot on a local farm in the next village, so myself and a couple of friends are going up there shortly to enjoy a noisy morning, and I will be back after lunch to answer some emails that have come in overnight plus I have 3 Skype calls to do with prospective customers. I will report back later regarding any trading I manage.
Sky News is showing video footage of growing queues outside UK petrol stations as motorists panic buy petrol in the run-up to a tanker drivers strike that has not been announced yet. Luckily we don’t have a nearby fuel station so all this is alien to us around here…
9:00pm ~ I have had quite an eventful evening trading session since I turned on a laptop here in the kitchen at 4 o’clock this afternoon. All in all I have had 5 separate trades, two with my “Evening” trading system, one with my “Any-Time” strategy and the other two which were trendFX trades. It all kicked off just after 4:30pm with a ‘short’ trade on the S&P500 index and ended a few minutes ago on the same instrument. All together I have amassed 258 pips from my trading tonight.
There’s a small drinks party at the Yacht Club down by the harbour tonight, so I’m off there now for a couple of hours.
Daily Target Reached Today ? YES (+258 pips) I traded from 4pm-9pm today
