9:00am  ~  Had a nice lie in this morning, and I am now off to a friend’s farm for a spot of clay-pigeon shooting. I shall be back after lunch, and I will report back this evening with any trading news I may have for you.

Today is Bank Of England interest rate announcement day once again, and the general feeling is that they are keeping them at 0.5% as they have done for quite a while.

8:35pm  ~  I got back here to the cottage just after lunch and spent the afternoon doing a bit of emailing and also reading last week’s Sunday papers as I’ve not had a chance yet.

My trading this evening has gone well, I had a nice long trade on the S&P500 with one of my trendFX strategies – which gave me +50 pips at the end – and I also got into a “Evening-System” trade just after 6 o’clock and that gently rose in the right direction but a short while ago it hit resistance so I came out with just +9 pips as the market has now completley stalled. Also I want to get out for the evening as friends are here waiting for me.

Daily Target Reached Today ?  YES  (+59 pips)   I just traded the evening session tonight.
