09:10am ~   Good morning to you all, the beginning of the month has come around so quickly yet again ! And the first Friday of the month means it is the U.S. employment numbers out today at lunchtime (UK time)  This means that the markets are going to be listless and without direction for most of the morning meaning there is absolutely NO point in trying to trade any system – you are better to spend your time with a pastime you enjoy rather than watching charts today.

I have suffered an annoying virus this week which has meant I’ve been out of action for the last three day, hence no trading as I’ve not felt like doing anything at all, just sitting around the house doing a bit of reading and watching films. I am off to Le Touquet for the weekend but will be back on Monday afternoon, and I shall resume my trading on Tuesday – I will report back then.
