8:00am.   I am away for most of the day with friends, doing some Clay-Pigeon Shooting, I shall report back later after trading my evening system. I have an hour or so of emails to reply to first though, and one Skype session with a prospective customer.

7:30pm.   I got back here at 4 o’clock , had a quick shower and switched on my chart for the evening system. Almost immediately I had a potential signal, and together with the fact that the US markets were in a long uptrend meant we should have a good profit tonight. Strangely, the London/European morning session brought all the indexes down, bu as soon as Wall Street got going, there was a strong recovery – and due to that, I managed a profit on my one and only trade of +82 pips. It’s off to the pub for me now for a couple of swift pints.
