08:30am.    I was up and down in my study  by 6:30 this morning, and got a couple of my screens ready with some favourite charts.   Not long after I had sat down, I noticed the start of a signal on my S&P500 chart and at 7:14am I was in a ‘long’ trade with strategy 3 of my trendFX system.   It did take a while to get going but eventually it did start heading in the required direction, and a few minutes ago (8:18am) I shut the trade off with a profit of +73 pips.

I am going to spend the rest of the morning catching up on emails, plus I have 4 Skype sessions booked before lunchtime with people who want to have a chat to me before they purchase one of my system manuals.   This afternoon I am off on a bike ride with friends, but should be back in time to trade my “Evening” system. I shall report back later.

7:30pm.       I got back home at 4 o’clock this afternoon after an invigorating 15 mile bike ride – and was in my office (above the garage) at 5:00pm to watch for signals on my “Evening” system.   Just before 6 o’clock I could see a potential trade signal, and at 6:10pm the price hit the trigger level and I was in a short trade – it lasted until 7:23pm when I came out with +77 pips.   I’m staying in tonight, I feel shattered after coming back from holiday together with my bike ride this afternoon.
