9:00am.   I was a bit later rising this morning, last night turned out to be a late one. The last of the guests left at 2 o’clock this morning, so I eventually got up at 7:30am and wandered down to the study to watch my charts for a few hours, and catch up on some emails.

My USD/CHF and EUR/USD charts showed that I may have some trades coming up with my trendFX system, and I entered a ‘long’ trade at 8:10, and then another one five minutes later. Just before 8:30 my EUR/USD trade hot +32 pips, so I closed it off there, and at the same time I noticed that the other trade was advancing slowly but had managed +13 pips so far, so I closed that off as well as the accumulated score was well above my daily target of 20/25 pips.

Off for a quick shower and breakfast – I’ve got some guys coming back in an hour to re-install my snooker table — they had one attempt last week but it became obvious last night while playing that the table was not quite level. It cost me £800 to have the work done previously so I am not very happy with the standard of workmanship – this time I am watching them like a hawk !! I will report back later once I have traded my “Evening” system.

9:00pm.    I have just come out of the market after my second trade of the evening. My first one (at 5:20pm) was stopped out, but the second one went on for quite a while and took advantage of the large sell-off in the world’s stock markets. I came out with an overall profit of +228 pips which called for a bit of celebration and right on cue, Ted my gardener, who also managed nearly 190 pips, came round a few minutes ago with a bottle of vintage port and a very big smile on his face !
