7:45am.    In contrast to yesterday, I was up a few hours ago, as I have a lovely day mapped out ahead of me. I try to buy at least a couple of books from Amazon each week (usually trading related, history or autobiographies) and as I have been away from home for a short while, I went mad on Monday and bought 16, which should all be here this morning. My plan was to watch my charts until breakfast time and then after a quick SSSS (****, Shower, Shave & Shampoo) spend the rest of the day buried in a couple of books.

Earlier I turned just a couple of screens on in my study at 6 o’clock and started watching my 5 usual instruments (email me for list + my next 5 favourites) and right from the off I noticed one chart that started to show a pattern from my trendFX system (strategy 4)   At 06:31 I entered the market with a ‘long’ trade in BRENT OIL and watched patiently as the index rose as I thought it would. I came out exactly an hour later with +40 pips under my belt for the day.  I have just noticed another signal on GOLD but I am way ahead on my daily target so I do not need another trade at the moment.
