Up at 8 o’clock this morning – and NO trading for me this morning, I am going to make my way down to Surrey this morning in readiness for a long weekend at the Goodwood Festival Of Speed. I am taking one of the Morgans down plus a friend is taking my Manthey 911. I am staying at The Goodwood Hotel on the estate for the weekend, and if I am around there at 5pm I will do a bit of trading.

Update 7:30pm - Just going into dinner here at the hotel, but I quickly can tell you about my trading this evening. I had my first trade at 5:20 pm with my ‘Trade With A Day Job‘ system and that resulted in a +20 pip profit. There was a 2nd signal just after 6pm and as I had a bit of spare time before going down to dinner, I did have another go, but unfortunately this time the price just meandered around with no real direction, so I closed it off at ‘break-even’ after 25 minutes.  Earlier, as I walked through the bar at 4:30pm, I did see another guest on his laptop with a Euro/Dollar chart up – he was doing a bit of trading as well, although he would not divulge his particular strategy.

Daily Target Reached ?  YES (+20 pips) I just traded the ‘evening’ session.
