I was up very early for a Monday morning (6:00am) and after a short walk to the railway station – I  was on the train to London by 7:30, arriving at Liverpool St. 35 minutes later. I have meetings all morning to sign all the documents so that I can take possession of the two London properties this week. The monies will also be released today, but as it is coming from 5 different sources, there is a lot of arranging to get through in a few hours.  One will be rented out, but I shall move into the other and stay there over the summer.

I managed to get back home by 3:30pm, and I grabbed a bite to eat before settling down in front of my computer screens in my study to watch for signals on my “Trade With A Day Job” evening system. Unfortunately it was one of those evenings, and I had a couple of close calls, but in the end I had no signals for a trade with the system, so the day ended with zero profit – a very unusual occurrence for me.
