I was up early this morning – I am sailing down from the Suffolk coast to Mersea Island in Essex. I left home at 5:30am to start the long journey, which was really 4:30am winter time!!!

I managed to come through the front door at 2:45pm in the afternoon, and I was soon sat down in the kitchen with a laptop answering email that came in over the weekend. I was idly watch an S&P500 chart and I spotted a trade signal with my free ‘giveaway’ trading system, so around 4pm I was better off by 15 pips. At 5pm I started watching for any trades coming up on my “Evening” system, and just before 6:30pm I was in a short trade which lasted until just before 9 o’clock. I managed to get +40 pips out of the market tonight. I am now absolutely knackered…..

Daily Target Reached ? YES (+55 pips) I just traded the “Evening” session, plus a small trade in the afternoon with my “free” strategy.
