I was down in my kitchen with a couple of laptops at 5 minutes past six this morning, watching for signals on my “Any-Time” system. My first trade ‘pattern‘ came up at 6:30 and I was in a short trade at 6:35am, but unfortunately the price hit the stop-loss an hour later and I came out at -13 pips.

I watch my normal charts for the next couple of hours, but no potential trades came up, so at 10 o’clock I called it a day on my day-time session of trading with a small loss. I’ll have another go at the markets later on. I have a couple of hours of emails to sort now, and then out to lunch with some friends. A cycle ride will follow this afternoon.

Update 11:15pm: Just got back from the cinema, I went to see the film “Paul” with my youngest son (who was over for the evening) plus ‘The Blonde’ and her daughter. Very enjoyable, worth going to see I thought.

Earlier in the evening, I had one successful trade with my “Evening” system, a long trade that I entered at 5:25pm and I was out with +20 pips just over an hour later.
