my trading day ~ wednesday 26th january 2011

I eventually got up at 11 o’clock – with large hangover – and off I went to my ‘local’ which luckily is a 5 minute walk up the road. I needed some comfort food plus a few pints of orange juice.

I had a full english breakfast, and was back home by one o’clock – and I spent the rest of the afternoon on the settee. I do not feel well enough to trade today…..

10pm Update:  Due to the Fed’s announcement earlier, the market was a bit slow upto 7 o’clock (with no signals on my ‘evening’ system) and then the market went wild at 7:15pm.
