Up at 7am this morning as I had some builder friends of mine arriving early doors to start some work. The job started at 8am and I joined in for the morning, doing some of the non-skilled manual labour.

We broke for lunch at midday – and had a slap-up meal at The Plough Pub just up the road from here. When we got back at 1:30, I hid away in my study and started watching for trades with my “USA Forex” system.  My first trade signal came up at 2pm and a few moments later I was in a short trade (EUR/JPY).  25 minutes later another signal showed up (EUR/USD) and just before 2:30 I was in another short trade. They both shot down in the desired direction, and just after 3pm I was out of both trades with +30 and +28 pips respectively. After such a large meal, I had to have a little kip before 5pm, so that’s what I did. I usually have a small sandwich or a bit of sushi for lunch, but having so many hardy builders in the house, there was no way that was going to satisfy them, so we had to go and have a large meal, which I am totally unused to ~ that is why the afternoon sleep ensued.

I was back in the study just after 5pm to watch for signals on my “Evening” system (Trade With A Day Job) and just before 6pm I had my first trade. That one was stopped out at -11 pips but my 2nd trade (at 7:10pm) went on to be a winner, and I finished the evening at +20 pips overall.

My total for the day came in at +78 pips.
