my trading day ~ tuesday 13th april 2010

Hello to you all from a very bright & sunny South East of the UK.

I spent the first part of the morning on some admin work for another business I have (which takes me about 10 hrs a month) and I was ready for trading at midday. The charts I was paying attention to were my  ’normal’  one, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/YEN and USD/CHF with my  “Any-Time” system.

My first trade signal showed itself at 2:15pm (EUR/USD) and I entered short a couple of minutes later. While I was waiting for that trade to go in the desired direction, I had a second signal at 2:22pm (GBP/USD) . The first trade reached its target of +21 pips, and I let the 2nd trade run all the way to its target as well, and ended just after 3pm with +48 pips. The other FX pairs that I was watching did not offer any trading opportunities, but that was no problem – my daily target usually only needs a couple of trades to reach. Today I managed +69 pips.

I had to shoot out to get my cycling injury sorted out – so I did not return home ’til 6pm, and I had one trade with my “Trade With A Day Job” system for the normal +20 pips – so my total for a few hours work today came out at +89 pips. And, even better news – I should be able to get back on the bike very soon !!
