Hello to you all. nice to be back trading full (ish) time again.

I had a late (and very leisurely) start to my working day and I was in front of my screens by 10.00am.  I waited 50 mins for my first trade with my “Any-Time” system to be signalled (on the FTSE100 index) and that gave me a small loss of -6 pips. I often get asked if i have sit glued to the screen all the time that I am trading, and the answer is NO. I work mainly with 15min charts, and as you can see trade coming a “mile off” I tend to only look at the charts every 14 minutes or so – I can do other things in the meantime – usually a lot of reading as I do enjoy that pastime. My USA system works on 1 hour charts amongst other timeframes, so that is even more relaxing – I only look at the charts every 59 minutes !!

Back to my trading ~ I had another 5 trades before I broke for a lunch break at 1pm. The afternoon session started for me at 2:30pm and provided me another 4 trades and I finished at just before 5:00pm with a total of exactly +70 pips and 10 trades completed.

My evening trading system (Trade With A Day Job) gave me 2 trades and ended up with a loss of just -8 pips for the evening.
